How to Raise a Complaint with Parentsorigin Septic

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Parentsorigin Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Can Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Parentsorigin Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Parentsorigin Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@parentsorigin.rest and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt of your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
